Process Engineer - Alfresco Design Consultant

In this role, you will:

• Develop and lead process design for Workflow Automation Tools or improvement initiatives
• Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data
• Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions
• Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks,
• Support process improvement initiatives, reviews, researches, compiles information, tests, and evaluates process and workflow data
• Prepare process requirements
• Provide operational and analytical support for Process Engineers
• Assist in identifying gaps and efficiency opportunities
• Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions
• Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership
• Make recommendations based on analyses
• Provide process updates with business partners, to ensure compliance with operative policies and regulations
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with internal customers
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, impacts, and opportunities
• Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Experience is BPM, process modelling
• Must have experience in workflow automation tools, preferably Alfresco
• Metric dashboard visualization, preferably ELK
• Experience in leading a Process Improvement project would be an advantage
