Description

We are seeking a Quality Analyst for our Domestic Voice Process in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance within a call center environment, focusing on ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

Responsibilities

Conducting quality assessments of inbound and outbound calls.
Providing feedback and coaching to customer service representatives.
Identifying areas of improvement in the call process and customer interactions.
Preparing and presenting quality reports to management.
Collaborating with team members to enhance overall quality performance.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a Quality Analyst role or a similar position.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with quality monitoring tools and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
