Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Customer Care
The position manages a high volume of inbound calls while effectively determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and recording case notes.
Responsibilities
Provides answers, solutions, and recommendations for inquiries related to HR processes/procedures by utilizing solutions provided by HR SMEs. (Including: phone inquiries, email/web tickets, follow-up/resolution of escalated tickets, etc.) Coordination of issue resolution leveraging global support team to meet Service Level Agreements
Develop expertise in data governance and use of data in downstream processes to aid troubleshooting capability
Escalation of issues as needed to subject matter experts as needed
Managing effective workforce administration, employee lifecycle, exit and benefits administration
Ensuring accurate data updates in the HR system
Providing active support for employees, managers and HR departments in personnel administration processes
Conducting transactions in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country, with the highest standards of time and quality under the contract with the customer
Input, update and maintain all HR related data via Workday system in a timely manner
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Can speak and write Mandarin
Bachelor%27s degree or higher from an accredited university
Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures
Fluent in English
Customer service skills
Communication skills
Detail oriented/accurate and thorough
Preferred qualifications
Individuals must be detail-oriented, self-directed, and have independent problem-solving skills.
The ability to multi-task is inherent in the job responsibilities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of HR systems is an advantage: Workday, Salesforce or other HR Systems
