Job Title: Process Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Coordinator to manage and streamline operational processes. The role involves coordinating between teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks to improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operational activities across departments

Monitor process workflows and ensure adherence to timelines

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements

Maintain reports, MIS, and documentation

Follow up with teams for task completion and issue resolution

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

1–3 years of relevant experience

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
