Role OverviewWe are hiring a Assistant/Junior Manager to manage procurement for our solar and BESS projects — sourcing quality materials at the best commercial terms and ensuring timely delivery to sites.
Key Responsibilities- Develop procurement and supply chain strategies for project materials
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers on price, terms, and delivery
- Manage purchase orders, track materials, and ensure timely receipt at site
- Maintain purchase records, price lists, contracts, and vendor databases
- Approve invoices, monitor subcontractor performance, and manage inventory records
- Coordinate with project, finance, and logistics teams for smooth material flow
Requirements- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Solar / Electrical industry
- Strong knowledge of solar project materials (modules, inverters, BOS, BESS components)
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
