Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Jaipur. The role involves developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns across digital platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing for improved results. The marketer will also work closely with creative and analytical teams to ensure cohesive messaging and measurable outcomes that drive growth for brands.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Advertising platforms, including proficiency in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, Google Ads, and social media advertising
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Reporting, and campaign performance optimization
• Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization and Customer Acquisition Strategies
• Understanding of Marketing Strategy, Brand Positioning, and Consumer Behavior
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working for fashion, lifestyle, or emerging brands is a plus
