The Process Coach plays a key role in ensuring high standards of quality and performance within the medical coding team. You will be responsible for training, mentoring, and supporting new hires as well as ongoing coaching for current team members. This role requires a deep understanding of medical coding, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver structured feedback and continuous improvement support.
While the primary focus is on training and coaching in medical coding, additional experience in the following areas is a plus:
