Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as data steward for mobile banking platform data and metadata.
Design and implement data collection, storage, and retrieval systems.
Guide teams on data management best practices and governance.
Define and manage message content and metadata for mobile platform services.
Maintain and improve data quality across systems.
Develop and support internal and customer-facing reports.
Provide insights on platform usage, performance, and customer behavior.
Serve as subject matter expert for mobile platform data.
Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Apply project management principles to prioritize and organize workload.
