Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
Freshers with good language competency or aMinimum 1year experiencein any customer service domain with multi-lingual voice campaigns. Adaptive to the project environment & execute the tasks independently. Quick learner with the ability to handle calls independently

Willing to work with flexible week-off with Shift timings covering 24/7.

The associates deployed as a part of this engagement must be equipped toprovide support in English, Hindi and Kannada. English: Excellent verbal and written communication skill Hindi: Excellent verbal communication skill Kannada: Excellent verbal communication skill

Any other Indian regional language knowledge would be an added advantage

Basic Knowledge in MS Excel and analytical skills

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Any Graduate Degree or equivalent

Experience :

Minimum 1year experience

Mandatory/requires Skills :
Proficient in Hindi/English and a regional language

Preferred Skills :
