Locations: Hyderabad,Bangalore (Bengaluru),Jaipur,Gurugram

Salary

• Freshers: 2.05 LPA 4.00 LPA
• Experienced: Up to 6.50 LPA
• Salary depends on experience, communication skills, interview performance, and process.
  
  

Work Details

• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Shifts: Day Shifts Rotational Shifts
• Process: Voice / Non-Voice / Chat / Email Support
• US Rotational Shifts: Available for applicable international processes
• Transportation: 2-Way Transport for eligible US rotational shift employees, up to 30 km, subject to company policy.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice, chat, or email.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and performance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
• Meet required quality and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Candidates Should Have

• 10+2, 10+3, Diploma, Undergraduate, Graduate, Any Graduate, Any Degree, Any Stream
• Good English communication skills .
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good customer-handling skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work in day or rotational shifts.
