  • A.US Payroll & Benefits

Sound Knowledge on Benefits & Ben Admin, Ben – Reconciliation with discrepancy clearance & Bank Reconciliation, added knowledge on US Payroll & Payroll Admin. Proven experience in BPO operations management, Excellent Communication Skills, New Client/Process Implementation, Team Management, Client Management, interpersonal abilities, and managerial competencies, Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving and Decision-Making, Leadership and Management Abilities, Ethical Conduct, MIS Reports, Client Calls, strong understanding of outsourcing industry dynamics.

Experience: 1 year - 5 years

B.  Experience in US Accounting

Journal Entries Bank Reconciliation Basic Accounting knowledge Communication Skills -Verbal and written Mandatory Night shift MS Excel and MS word Skills Good Typing Skills C. US Payroll

  • Process weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payroll for all US employees.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Document processes, procedures, and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to process activities.

Experience: 1 year - 5 years

C. Non Voice BPO process, managed team and project deliverables.

Prefer from medical billing background

Experience: 1 – 10 years
