Job Description
The Client Advisor occupies a frontline sales role responsible for direct client engagement and revenue generation.
1. Sales Performance
The Client Advisor shall be responsible for:
• Achievement of assigned individual sales targets
• Conversion of walk-in and appointment-based leads
• Maintaining average ticket size standards
• Timely follow-up of client inquiries
Performance shall be evaluated periodically based on measurable sales outcomes.
2. Client Engagement
The Client Advisor shall:
• Welcome and attend to clients professionally
• Conduct structured product presentations
• Explain diamond characteristics, pricing, and delivery timelines accurately
• Avoid misrepresentation of product quality or specifications
• Uphold luxury service etiquette
3. Billing & Documentation
The Client Advisor shall:
• Ensure billing accuracy
• Follow approved pricing structures
• Seek authorization before offering any discount
• Coordinate with the Safe Room Executive for stock issuance and return
• Ensure documentation completeness for each transaction
Any irregularity in billing or documentation shall be treated as a policy violation.
4. CRM & Data Management
The Client Advisor shall:
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM
• Update lead status promptly
• Protect client contact information
• Avoid personal use of Firm client data
5. Inventory Handling
The Client Advisor shall:
• Handle display inventory responsibly
• Ensure stock is returned to the Safe Room Executive after consultation
• Immediately report any discrepancy
The Client Advisor does not hold custody of inventory but is accountable for items handled during consultation.
