About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive who can drive client acquisition for our digital marketing services.

This role is for someone who doesn't just generate leads—but owns the pipeline and closes deals. You will work closely with the leadership team to scale revenue across startups, D2C brands, and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and generate qualified leads across industries
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, cold email, calls)
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client business challenges
  • Pitch digital marketing services (Performance, SEO, Social Media, Web)
  • Create and present custom proposals aligned to client goals
  • Negotiate commercials and close deals independently
  • Maintain and manage pipeline via CRM / tracking sheets
  • Build long-term relationships for repeat business & referral

What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Prior exposure to Digital Marketing services (agency or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads)
  • Social media & content marketing
  • SEO basics
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with targets, pressure, and ownership
  • Self-driven, proactive, and execution-focused

KPIs / Performance Metrics
  • Monthly revenue targets
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Conversion rate (Lead → Client)
  • Sales cycle time
  • Client acquisition cost efficiency
