Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cafeteria Chef specializing in milk stock management and cafeteria food preparation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining milk inventory, ensuring quality, and supporting daily kitchen operations in a cafeteria setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain daily stock of milk and dairy products.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of milk as per hygiene and safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishment.
  • Prepare tea, coffee, and other milk-based beverages as per standard recipes.
  • Assist in basic food preparation and cafeteria operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
  • Check quality and freshness of milk and dairy products regularly.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
  • Support the team during peak hours and ensure smooth service.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar cafeteria or kitchen role.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Experience in handling and managing dairy stock.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts if required.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic inventory management skills.
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness.
