Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Principal Talent Acquisition professional to lead high-impact technology hiring while managing client relationships and mentoring recruitment teams. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in niche and product hiring, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and product roles, including niche and hard-to-fill positions.
- Drive headhunting and proactive sourcing using advanced techniques such as LinkedIn mapping and market research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business goals, culture, and industry dynamics.
- Manage client interactions, stakeholder expectations, and walk-in drives effectively.
- Mentor, guide, and manage a high-performing recruitment team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Leverage strong technical recruitment expertise to meet and exceed hiring targets.
- Operate effectively in a dynamic, performance-focused environment with high learning exposure and leadership visibility.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes and sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment.
- Proven experience in product, startup, and niche hiring.
- Strong exposure to client handling and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
