The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the staffing ecosystem, strong sourcing expertiseespecially for niche and technical rolesand the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of technical and product-focused roles.
- Source, evaluate, and attract top talent through headhunting and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Build a strong pipeline for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Develop a strong understanding of client organizationstheir business, industry landscape, culture, and hiring needs.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted hiring partner.
- Manage client interactions, escalations, and expectations effectively.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and guide a high-performing recruitment team.
- Foster an open, collaborative, and motivating team environment.
- Conduct training and capability-building sessions for team members.
Operational Excellence
- Organize and manage walk-in drives and hiring events.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and service-level commitments.
- Continuously optimize sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- 36 years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment, with strong exposure to technical hiring.
- Proven track record in closing niche and senior-level roles.
- Strong headhunting and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience in team management and mentoring.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
