Job Description: AI Solution Architect (AI‑First)Role SummaryWe are seeking an AI‑first Solution Architect who treats Generative AI and agentic AI as core collaborators. The ideal candidate instinctively leverages AI to design smarter, faster, and scalable enterprise solutions while maintaining strict standards for security, quality, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Design end‑to‑end AI architectures, including Generative AI, LLM systems, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
- Define reference architectures and best practices for AI‑enabled enterprise products.
- Build and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to securely expose tools, APIs, and data to AI agents.
- Architect human‑AI and AI‑to‑AI interaction workflows with deterministic and explainable behaviour.
- Develop PoCs and production‑ready solutions using Python and/or TypeScript.
- Establish reusable AI frameworks, libraries, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement AI governance, evaluation, and safety guardrails to ensure compliance and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QE, Security, and Performance teams; mentor teams on AI best practices.
QualificationsRequired- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6–10 years in software architecture and distributed systems.
- 5+ years building and deploying Generative AI / LLM‑based solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with RAG architectures, agentic AI systems, and tool‑calling frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python and/or .NET / TypeScript / Node.js.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and enterprise security practices.
Preferred- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with MCP or equivalent AI integration frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and AI system evaluation.
- Background in enterprise SaaS and mentoring senior engineers.
