About the Role:
In this role of Principal Scientist for Quantum information systems, you will directly report to the CEO and form the roadmap for Quantum AI, Quantum data and exceute them by leading a team of scientists specialised in Quantum Information theory.
Required qualification:
- PhD or Postdoc in Quantum information theory and Quantum machine learning with 10+ years of experience
- A significant number of publications on Quantum machine learning and Quantum information theory
- Understanding of the working of Quantum computers, both superconducting qubits and neutral atoms
- Managerial experience is a plus
- Ability to hire and nurture high-quality research scientists from reputed institutes
- Very well networked among research communities
- Significant working of Classical Agentic AI and LLMs
Roles and responsibilities
- To lead significant IP creation in Quantum AI and Quantum data, leading the team of scientists and engineers.
- Work with the Quantum product teams, both quantum software and hardware teams, to implement Quantum AI and Quantum data
- Involve with fellow Principal scientists to create a great working partnership to lead frontier innovation
