Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Lead for our AI Practice to spearhead AI adoption initiatives across ISV partnerships and enterprise customers. This strategic role combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML technologies with exceptional business acumen to drive revenue growth through consultative selling and solution architecture in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic AI Leadership
• Lead AI Practice Development: Define and execute go-to-market strategies for AI solutions across cloud platforms and ISV ecosystems
• Solution Architecture: Design and present comprehensive AI/ML solutions that address complex business challenges and technical requirements
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of AI trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our offerings strategically
Customer Engagement & Solution Design
• Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer AI maturity, use cases, and business objectives
• Technical Demonstrations: Deliver compelling AI solution demos, proof-of-concepts, and pilot programs tailored to specific industry verticals
• Proposal Development: Create detailed technical proposals, RFP responses, and business cases that articulate AI ROI and implementation roadmaps
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
• Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer journey from prospect to implementation
• Sales Training: Provide technical guidance and AI expertise to sales teams, enabling them to effectively position AI solutions
• Pipeline Management: Qualify opportunities, support deal progression, and contribute to revenue forecasting for AI practice
Partnership & Ecosystem Development
• ISV Relationships: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with ISVs to drive AI solution adoption and co-innovation
• Channel Enablement: Develop partner enablement programs and technical content to scale AI solution delivery
• Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer forums as an AI subject matter expert Information
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
• 8+ years in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles with focus on emerging technologies
• 5+ years hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software solutions
• Proven track record in driving complex B2B sales cycles Technical Expertise
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise AI solutions
• Understanding of generative AI, LLMs, computer vision, NLP, and AI infrastructure requirements
• Experience with AI solution implementation, data architecture, and MLOps practices
Business Skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholder
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with customer-centric mindset
• Experience in managing multiple complex projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
• Industry certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or relevant technology domains
• Experience in ISV partnerships, channel sales, or technology distribution ecosystem
• Track record of thought leadership through speaking, writing, or community contributions
