Your Impact
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the evolution of our enterprise AI platform and intelligence capabilities that power next-generation supply-chain solutions. This role defines how mission-critical business data is transformed into actionable intelligence through advanced AI/ML models, generative AI workflows, and autonomous decisioning systems.
You will shape the long-term AI strategy, partner closely with engineering and data science leadership, and guide the development of foundational AI capabilities that enable predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making across all customer-facing products.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, high-scale AI ecosystems, can translate cutting-edge AI concepts into business outcomes, and is motivated to build the backbone of next-generation supply-chain intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:
- Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the enterprise AI platformincluding model lifecycle management, data-to-intelligence pipelines, governance, and scalable APIs for AI-driven services.
- Drive the evolution from data-centric processing to an intelligence-first architecture, enabling real-time predictions, anomaly detection, semantic enrichment, and generative AI-powered workflows.
- Define and institutionalize reusable AI components and patternssuch as feature stores, model registries, and inference servicesthat accelerate delivery for multiple product teams while reducing operational complexity.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and AI/ML teams to operationalize next-generation capabilitiespredictive models, autonomous mapping, semantic reasoning, and generative AI for insights and resolution.
- Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure AI investments translate into measurable business value and adoption across industries like manufacturing, retail, automotive, and logistics.
- Champion AI-first thinking across the organization, ensuring scalability, ethical AI practices, and long-term durability of systems that will underpin the next decade of supply-chain modernization.
What You Need To Succeed
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, with strong exposure to AI/ML platforms, distributed systems, and large-scale intelligence-driven products.
- Demonstrated technical fluency across AI pipelines, model lifecycle management, inference frameworks, and API ecosystems.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, complex problem spacesbringing clarity, structure, and strategic direction to long-horizon AI initiatives.
- Experience partnering with engineering and data science leadership on platform-scale AI capabilities that support multiple products and business units.
- A customer-obsessed mindset, with a track record of translating sophisticated AI challenges into intuitive, reusable, business-ready capabilities.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse technical and non-technical teams.
