Your Impact
This is a highly impactful, leadership role focused on building a new product areafrom the ground up. The successful candidate will define the product vision andstrategy for DX's conversational messaging capabilities, including OTT channels,RCS, as well as conversational agents. This role requires a strong understanding ofconversational AI, cloud-native messaging solutions, and a proven track record inB2B SaaS product management.
What The Role Offers
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the company's conversational messaging strategy.
- Develop and execute a product strategy for conversational messaging acrossSMS, RCS, OTT applications, conversational agents.
- Define and drive the integration of the messaging platform with other products inthe OpenText portfolio.
Product development
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build innovative solutions. Serve asproduct owner for technology teams.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product specifications (PRDs),documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Market insights
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, TCPA, PCI).
- Track and analyze product performance using metrics and customer feedback.
Go-to-market
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage GTM activities and drive revenue
- Ability to work with partners to bring our products to the market
What You Need To Succeed
Product Management
- Experience: Experience in product management of over 12 years, with specificexperience in B2B SAAS platforms
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric productstrategies.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,including c-level engagement
AI
- Understanding of agentic AI architectures, including autonomous agents, tooluse, memory, and planning.
- Experience of 3 years in AI/ML, Gen AI, or agentic systems.
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise communication channels, e.g. Slack,Teams, email, APIs
- Familiarity with AI development frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, OpenAI, AzureAI)
- Grasp of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration tools
Background
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies such as Agile andScrum.
- Good knowledge of public cloud environments as well as cloud-based products.
- Background in DevOps, QA, or program management is a plus
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, AI, or relatedfield. MBA preferred.
Leadership
- Leadership capabilities to inspire and drive teams towards a common goal.
- This role is pivotal in ensuring that all teams work harmoniously to achieve productvision, balancing both business objectives and technical requirements.
