Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Design and deliver leadership development journeys and advisory solutions for CXO-level clients
  • Create and manage end-to-end culture transformation and assessment programs
  • Develop and implement 360 feedback tools and leadership assessment frameworks
  • Drive business development by creating customized client pitches and co-facilitating workshops

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage with client stakeholders to diagnose leadership challenges and design solutions
  • Co-create leadership workshops on themes like collaboration, change, and team effectiveness
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for content design, analytics, and visual support
  • Collaborate with global LAS community to localize insights and best practices
