Work Experience
B. Tech / M. Tech in Chemical engineering from reputed university
20+ years experience with refinery background
Required Skills
Background of Process Engineering and thorough hands on experience of Refinery operations
Proven ability to solve problems across multi-functional and multi-cultural groups within and outside facilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.
