- Understand program or initiative objectives, long-term plans, IT strategies, business requirements, and associated business processes.
- Visualize a holistic picture and provide forward-thinking solutions and roadmaps.
- Assess and recommend suitable solutions, products, and technologies aligned with business expectations.
- Evaluate current customer IT investments, system landscape, processes, and architecture.
Best Practices & Methodology
- Apply experience and awareness of best practices in architecture, design, and software engineering.
- Utilize UML, design patterns, and SDLC methodologies effectively.
- Define and refine software engineering processes, ensuring process adherence and improvements.
Delivery Excellence & Business Impact
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality delivery, on-time delivery (OTD), and cost efficiency.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
- Reduce costs associated with technology, infrastructure, people, and processes while delivering value.
- Track and deliver solutions built for programs/initiatives effectively.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Retain high performers within the practice and support career progression of reportees (2 levels).
- Maintain high employee satisfaction within the practice.
