Principal Engineer, Civil Structures, REC

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and review of bridge engineering deliverables including calculations, drawings, and 3D models.
• Ensure technical accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all structural design documents.
• Supervise and guide Assistant Engineers, Design Engineers, and BIM/modeling teams in project execution.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex bridge and infrastructure projects.
• Participate in project planning, including development of schedules, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), and resource planning.
• Support project management activities to ensure delivery within defined timeframes and budgets.
• Perform advanced structural analysis using engineering software and computational tools.
• Review and validate structural models and design outputs prepared by team members.
• Contribute to process improvements and enhance efficiency in design and delivery workflows.
• Mentor and support skill development of junior team members to strengthen overall team capability.
• Collaborate with global teams on bridge design projects and ensure alignment with international standards and practices.
