Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Product Owner - AI Data Science.
In this role, AI-driven initiatives target significant productivity spanning across credit origination and monitoring. The AI driven initiatives need to be closely integrated with the credit applications and processes. This requires creation of solution which will require data pipelines from multiple systems, classical ML and/or LLM (including RAG, COT etc..) based solutions and its seamless integration with the credit screens.
Responsibilities
Act Lead AI-driven initiatives to enhance productivity in credit origination and monitoring.
Design and implement end-to-end ML and LLM (RAG, CoT) solutions integrated with credit systems.
Define product vision, manage feature backlog, and drive continuous delivery as Product Owner.
Collaborate with business, tech, and data teams for seamless solution integration and deployment.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines from multiple banking systems.
Provide hands-on contribution in model development, validation, and performance monitoring.
Ensure adherence to data governance, model risk, and compliance standards.
Communicate progress, insights, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
Drive innovation by leveraging emerging AI technologies for credit process optimization.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Banking domain experience (Must). Corporate/CIB credit domain experience (Good to have),
Functional knowledge of client lifecycle systems in a Corporate, Commercial, or Institutional banking context.
Previous product management experience - Preparing and maintaining product roadmaps based on different dimensions and levels of granularity, Lead Working Groups and/or stakeholder engagement to ensure that execution is completed to plan, proactively update key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and support credit process related testing with end users
Proactive and self-driven individual who can manage and work with various stakeholder management including business leaders/ group of business users.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Good communication and customer-faced skills.
