Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, PMO Quality Controller -SAP Programs!
In this role, we are seeking a PMO resource to support program governance, tracking, reporting, and coordination activities across business and IT initiatives, with a strong preference for candidates having working knowledge of SAP environments. The role will help drive program execution discipline, maintain project controls, coordinate stakeholders, and support leadership reporting for SAP-related and cross-functional transformation initiatives
Responsibilities:
.Support the Program Management Office (PMO) in planning, tracking, and
governance of projects/programs.
.Maintain and track project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and
action logs.
.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership.
.Prepare and publish weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, governance packs, and executive presentations.
.Facilitate project review meetings, steering committee meetings, and follow-up on action items.
.Ensure adherence to PMO standards, templates, governance processes, and reporting cadence.
.Track project financials, resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables where applicable.
.Support SAP-related projects/programs by coordinating activities across functional and technical teams.
.Work with SAP project teams to understand project progress, dependencies, cutover plans, testing status, and deployment readiness.
.Help monitor change requests, project documentation, RAID logs, and compliance with internal processes.
.Drive timely escalation of risks/issues and support mitigation planning.
.Maintain centralized documentation and repository of project artifacts.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
.Experience in PMO / project coordination / program support roles.
.Good understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and reporting practices.
.Working knowledge of SAP projects/programs (such as SAP implementation, rollout, support, migration, enhancement, or transformation initiatives).
.Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and reporting/dashboard preparation.
.Experience in maintaining RAID logs, project plans, trackers, and status reports.
.Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
.Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, cross-functional environment.
.Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Exposure to SAP modules such as MM, SD, FICO, PP, WM, or Ariba.
.Familiarity with enterprise tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, Smartsheet, or
ServiceNow.
.Experience supporting ERP transformation or large-scale digital programs.
