Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant-Sr Solution Architect
We are seeking a highly accomplished Solution Architect with experience to lead enterprise-scale, cloud-native, and data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on architectural leader who combines deep technical expertise with people leadership, delivering high-impact platforms, reusable frameworks, and cost-efficient solutions across the full technology stack.
This role requires proven experience in cloud data platforms, real-time ingestion, full-stack application architecture, DevOps automation, and large-scale modernization programs, alongside the ability to mentor teams and influence senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
Architecture & Technical Leadership
.Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise platforms spanning cloud, data engineering, backend services, and UI frameworks.
.Define scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized architectures leveraging Spark, Databricks, Azure services, Java microservices, Angular, SQL, and integration tools.
.Architect high-throughput real-time ingestion systems (1000+ TPS) enabling advanced analytics and fraud detection use cases.
.Design data models and platform capabilities that significantly improve query performance, analytics latency, and platform scalability.
.Establish reusable architectural frameworks for ingestion, auditing, monitoring, REST APIs, reporting, and notifications to reduce time-to-market.
Cloud, Data & Platform Engineering
.Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives, delivering recurring multi-million-dollar annual savings through innovative engineering and architecture choices.
.Design and modernize enterprise data platforms, including:
oCloud-native ingestion pipelines (ADF/ADB)
oSpark-based data processing
oReal-time and batch analytics
oGraph-based ingestion frameworks (TigerGraph)
.Lead large-scale platform rebuilds to:
oMultiply system capacity (4x or more)
oEstablish enterprise-grade Disaster Recovery (DR) capabilities
oEnable Bring Your Own Data models securely at scale
Application & Framework Development
.Architect and develop generic, reusable frameworks, including:
oDynamic REST API frameworks enabling rapid API launches without code changes
oAngular UI Reporting frameworks replacing expensive third-party tools while enhancing UX
oGeneric email notification frameworks supporting rich content (tables, charts, images)
.Guide teams in full-stack development best practices, ensuring maintainable, extensible, and high-performance applications.
DevOps & Engineering Excellence
.Lead DevOps automation initiatives, eliminating manual deployments and dramatically improving QA and SIT turnaround times.
.Define CI/CD standards, deployment patterns, and operational best practices across teams.
.Partner with QA, operations, and security teams to ensure production readiness and compliance.
People Leadership & Talent Development
.Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.
.Actively participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
.Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, continuous learning, and innovation
