Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Integration & Scheduling Engineer (GoAnywhere / ActiveBatch)

In this role we are seeking a qualified Integration & Scheduling Engineer with 4-5 years of experience to support enterprise scheduling and managed file transfer platforms. The resource will be responsible for day-to-day operations, enhancements, and production support of ActiveBatch and GoAnywhere, along with integration and transformation activities across multiple enterprise systems.

The role requires strong hands-on capability, adherence to operational SLAs, and the ability to work in a production support environment.

Responsibilities

Scheduling & Workflow Management

  • Build, support, and maintain job schedules and workflows using ActiveBatch.

  • Monitor batch executions, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis.

  • Manage dependencies, calendars, and job recovery procedures.

    Managed File Transfer (MFT)

  • Configure and support GoAnywhere MFT workflows.

  • Manage secure file transfers using SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS.

  • Support partner onboarding, connectivity setup, and ongoing maintenance.

    Integration & Transformation

  • Perform data transformations using Java or scripting as required.

  • Develop and support REST/Web service integrations.

  • Support messaging and file-based integration patterns.

    Infrastructure & Application Support

  • Troubleshoot issues involving:

  • Java applications

  • SQL and database servers

  • SMTP services

  • Messaging servers

  • Network shares and external endpoints

  • Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve cross-system issues.

    Security & Compliance

  • Manage encryption keys, key rings, and certificates.

  • Support PGP encryption/decryption and SSL/TLS configurations.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and audit requirements.

    Production Support

  • Provide L2/L3 production support in line with defined SLAs.

  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.

  • Create and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.

  • Participate in on-call or after-hours support, if required.
