Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced
Primary Global Perspectives & Humanity Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire young learners to understand global issues, cultures, and social responsibility while developing critical thinking, research, and collaboration skills aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Global Perspectives and Humanities for primary students.
- Encourage students to explore global issues, cultures, communities, and sustainability topics.
- Develop students critical thinking, communication, and research skills through project-based learning.
- Integrate cross-curricular learning and real-world examples into classroom teaching.
- Assess and monitor students progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize debates, discussions, presentations, and collaborative activities.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students progress and development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Humanities / Social Studies / Geography / History / Education.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Experience in Cambridge / IGCSE / International curriculum will be an advantage.
