Role Description
The Preschool Centre Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Varthur, Bengaluru. The Centre Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and support a team of teachers and staff, and ensure the implementation of the school's curriculum and policies. Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of education and care, engaging with parents to address their queries and concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Centre Manager will also handle administrative duties, monitor the center's performance, and initiate activities to promote the preschool's growth and development within the local community.
