Job Title: Presales Specialist / Proposal Coordinator
Location: Remote India
About the Role:
We are looking for a Presales Specialist / Proposal Coordinator to support our business development and managing end-to-end proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, and presales documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a keen understanding of the IT services / consulting / technology sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from opportunity identification to final submission.
- Work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to gather necessary inputs for RFPs/RFIs and client proposals.
- Prepare and structure proposal responses, executive summaries, and supporting documentation that align with client requirements.
- Develop reusable proposal templates, case studies, and capability decks.
- Ensure all proposals are compliant, high-quality, and submitted within deadlines.
- Conduct market and client research to support solution positioning and value propositions.
- Manage documentation for presales activities and maintain a repository of past proposals and responses.
- Support client presentations, bid defense meetings, and internal reviews as needed.
- Track proposal progress, submission timelines, and post-submission follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field).
- 36 years of experience in presales, proposal coordination, bid management, or similar roles in IT/Technology services.
- Strong understanding of RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and proposal best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and documentation tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global clients (especially in the US regions).
- Familiarity with CRM and proposal management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, RFPIO, Zbizlink).
- Exposure to IT services, consulting, or product-based presales.
