Pre-Sales Specialist

Experience: 2 - 5 Years Exp

Contiinex (One of Uplers Clients) is Looking for:

Pre-Sales Specialist with 2 to 4 years of B2B tech presales experience. You will be the bridge between clients and the right solutions, understanding customer pain points, tailoring our offerings, and delivering compelling demos.

This role requires:

  • A solid hang of the enterprise ecosystem and technology.
  • Familiarity with the US collections market (healthcare or telco).
  • Strong communication skills to run client demos and solution walkthroughs confidently.
  • 2 to 4 years in B2B presales/solution at a tech/SaaS company.
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into business value.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Startup mindset, hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable with fast-paced growth.
  • Familiarity with AI, contact center tech, or CRM platforms

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with sales leadership to create solution pitches, demos, and proposals for enterprise clients.
  • Understand customer processes (esp. collections in US Telco & Healthcare) and map them to Contiinex solutions.
  • Deliver impactful platform demos and presentations to prospects.
  • Assist in POCs, RFPs, and solution documents, ensuring clarity and business alignment. Collaborate with the sales manager to develop compelling proposals and responses to RFPs.
  • Collaborate with product teams to channel client feedback and refine positioning.
  • Stay updated on market trends and compliance in collections to strengthen client conversations
  • Develop and present digital roadmaps that align with customer strategies and drive business growth across all LOBs
  • Identify opportunities for technology adoption and provide recommendations for digital transformation
