Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented professional with a strong background in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE). This role involves coordinating with schools, supporting the pre-sales process, and conducting impactful product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will blend educational insight with business acumen to effectively represent our offerings to school partners.
Key Responsibilities
- School Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with schools, preschools, and educational partners.
- Pre-Sales Support: Understand client requirements, position solutions effectively, and support the business team in conversions.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging demos and presentations to school leadership and educators.
- Client Engagement & Follow-Up: Ensure smooth communication and follow-through during the sales cycle.
- Market Understanding: Stay informed on ECCE trends, school needs, and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to support client delivery and onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in ECCE, Education, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in ECCE, school coordination, pre-sales, or business development (preferably within education/EdTech).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate educational needs into business outcomes.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

- Prior experience in B2B education sales or EdTech business development.
- Passion for early childhood education and institution engagement.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and school demonstrations.
