Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Mumbai. The Presales Executive will be responsible for engaging potential customers through lead generation and qualifying inquiries to support the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer queries, sharing RFPs, maintaining relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will play a key role in effectively managing client interactions and improving conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and qualify potential customers
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients effectively
  • Sales and RFP management skills to support business development and create compelling proposals
  • Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional experience and client satisfaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is preferred
  • Expertise in CRM software- salesforce
  • Graduation is preferred
