Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive, located in Navi Mumbai. The Presales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting the company's real estate offerings. Daily tasks include lead generation, follow-ups, database management, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless execution of presales activities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in lead generation, client relationship management, and follow-up strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, data analysis, and database management processes.
  • Understanding of real estate market dynamics and sales processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate, presales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
