Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage lead generation, client engagement, and site visit coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build a strong sales pipeline by effectively qualifying and nurturing leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound enquiries from digital platforms, calls, and walk-ins
  • Conduct outbound calling to generate and nurture leads
  • Qualify prospects based on budget, requirement, and purchase intent
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team
  • Provide accurate project information, pricing, and offers to clients
  • Maintain and update CRM data regularly
  • Ensure consistent and timely follow-ups with leads
  • Track lead progress and share daily/weekly reports
  • Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience at every interaction

  • Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools

Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 1–4 years of experience in real estate pre-sales / inside sales / telecalling
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
