Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage lead generation, client engagement, and site visit coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build a strong sales pipeline by effectively qualifying and nurturing leads.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound enquiries from digital platforms, calls, and walk-ins
- Conduct outbound calling to generate and nurture leads
- Qualify prospects based on budget, requirement, and purchase intent
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team
- Provide accurate project information, pricing, and offers to clients
- Maintain and update CRM data regularly
- Ensure consistent and timely follow-ups with leads
- Track lead progress and share daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing teams
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience at every interaction

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools

Qualifications & Experience- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate pre-sales / inside sales / telecalling
