Job Summary- The perfect candidate for this position would ideally have between 2 to 6 years of work experience. An ideal candidate should be a graduate or currently in the process of completing their post-graduation. In terms of skills, effective communication, good interpersonal abilities, adaptness in coordinating tasks, and a solid proficiency in Excel are all highly valued. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, pitching products, and scheduling appointments with clients and architects.
Key Responsibilities-
- Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads from various sources.
- Pitch products effectively over calls, highlighting key features, and benefits to clients and architects.
- Fix appointments via Zoom, phone, or face-to-face meetings, ensuring high atendance rates.
- Update and maintain lead data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) or Excel, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to prepare for demos.
Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in inbound/outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and pitching skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales productivity software.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telesales (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication skills with a confident, persuasive phone presence.
