Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dombivli for a Presales Executive. The Presales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, generating and qualifying leads, and supporting sales teams by preparing high-quality proposals and presentations. This role also involves addressing customer queries, offering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the property selection process. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams to meet targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Any Stream
• Minimum 6 months Experience in Lead Generation (Mandatory: Real estate sales experience)
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective clients and present property solutions.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to support the sales team
• Strong confidence and communication skills in sales
• Presentable and well-groomed personality
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Able to handle CRM tools efficiently
