CHRP India is looking for a consultative and technically aware Pre-Sales Executive to handle inbound leads for our XR, VR, and eLearning solutions.

This is not a cold-calling role you will engage with interested prospects, understand their needs, and build tailored solutions and proposals, especially for enterprise and government clients.

• Qualify inbound leads from digital channels, referrals, and campaigns
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and technical requirements
• Design and propose customized solutions in XR, VR, and eLearning domains
• Deliver product demos (LMS dashboards, VR simulations, digital training solutions)
• Work on RFPs, RFIs, and government tenders (including GeM platform)
• Prepare structured proposals including use cases, documentation, and pricing inputs
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Content, Development, XR teams)
• Maintain CRM updates and track lead conversion pipeline
• Act as a solution consultant to guide clients on feasibility, timelines, and ROI

• 13 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Business Analysis / Technical Support
• Experience in XR, VR, or eLearning domain is a strong advantage
• Understanding of B2B/enterprise solution selling
• Ability to explain technical concepts (VR, AR, LMS platforms) in simple terms
• Strong communication and proposal writing skills
• Experience handling RFPs/RFIs and exposure to public sector bidding (GeM, PSUs)
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, or similar tools
