Job Description

Overview:

As a Pre-Sales Manager within our Luxury Vertical, you will be the first point of

contact for our high-net-worth clients, understanding their requirements over calls

and arranging site visits to showcase our exclusive luxury properties. Your role will

involve providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and

personalized experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Requirement Gathering:

Engage with prospective clients over calls to understand their

preferences, requirements, and budget for luxury properties.

Ask detailed questions to gather all necessary information to match clients

with suitable property options.

Site Visit Coordination:

Arrange and schedule site visits for clients to view luxury properties.

Coordinate with the sales team and property managers to ensure

properties are ready for viewing.

Provide clients with all necessary details and logistics for site visits.

Follow-Up and Lead Organization:

Consistently follow up with clients to keep them engaged and move leads

through the sales funnel.

Organize and prioritize leads to ensure timely site visits and client meetings.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback

in the CRM system.

Customer Service and Support:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries

and concerns promptly and professionally.

Follow up with clients to ensure their requirements are met and to address

any additional questions.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions,

requirements, and feedback in the CRM system.

Track the progress of client inquiries and site visits to ensure a smooth

process.

Market Knowledge and Insights:

Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury real estate market.

Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market analysis

and property values

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals

and repeat business.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience in a pre-sales, customer service, or sales support role, preferably within

the luxury real estate industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in using CRM software and other

sales tools
