Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive for our Real Estate team who will be responsible for calling potential clients on leads provided through the system, understanding their property requirements, and coordinating with Relationship Managers (RM) for further sales engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients on leads provided through the company system/CRM.

• Brief clients about available residential projects and basic property details.

• Understand client requirements such as budget, location preference, and property type.

• Identify interested prospects and share qualified leads with the Relationship Managers (RM).

• Coordinate with RM for scheduling site visits and further client engagement.

• Maintain accurate call records and update client feedback in the CRM/Excel.

• Follow up with clients to nurture interest and maintain engagement.

• Achieve daily call targets and ensure proper lead management.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with clients.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.

• Ability to understand customer requirements quickly.

• Freshers or candidates with telecalling / pre-sales experience in real estate are preferred.

Preferred Skill:

• Prior experience in real estate telecalling.

• Strong coordination skills with sales teams.

• Customer-oriented approach.
