Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role plays a critical part in driving business growth by engaging with potential buyers, understanding their requirements, and facilitating meaningful interactions that lead to site visits and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers through outbound and follow-up calls on qualified leads.
  • Build initial rapport with clients by understanding their property requirements and preferences.
  • Provide accurate and compelling information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Assess and qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying intent.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed and updated records of interactions, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Consistently follow up with interested prospects to move them through the sales funnel.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in pre-sales and customer engagement will be an advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and ability to handle customer queries effectively.
