About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Specialist with an inside sales background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless transition from lead qualification to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
● Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead requirements and the funnel.
● Qualify inbound and outbound leads
● Work closely with product and marketing teams to create relevant sales collaterals, decks, and demos.
● Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, proposals, and interactions in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Experience
● 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or pre-sales roles.
● Strong understanding of B2C sales cycles
● Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
● Comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
● Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
● Ability to work collaboratively across sales, marketing, and product teams.
