Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions
Customize and enhance B2B Commerce functionalities such as products, pricing, catalogs, and promotions
Integrate B2B Commerce with ERP, CRM, and other business systems
Ensure data accuracy and manage data synchronization across systems
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
Provide user training and ongoing platform support
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs
Continuously optimize platform performance and improve user experience
