- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable software solutions
- Work closely with sales and technical teams during the pre-sales process
- Prepare and respond to RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) documents
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs for clients
- Support lead generation and business development initiatives
- Analyze customer requirements and create solution-oriented proposals
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely proposal submissions
- Maintain strong client relationships and support the sales cycle
