Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team and support our sales process.
Position Overview:
The
Pre-Sales Consultant will play a key role in the sales cycle by working closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to create tailored solutions for prospective clients. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, presenting our solutions, and ensuring that they align with business objectives. You will also assist in the technical validation of proposed solutions and be a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business challenges and needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present customized proposals, solutions, and demonstrations.
- Provide technical expertise in the evaluation and design of solutions that meet client requirements.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Conduct solution workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and demos to showcase how Nexivo's solutions can address client needs.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that the proposed solutions align with client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, ensuring that they meet client needs and demonstrate the value of Nexivo's solutions.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral, technical documentation, and other materials to support the sales process.
- Support the sales team in building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and the latest technologies to effectively position Nexivo's solutions.
- Provide technical support to the sales team during client negotiations, ensuring that all technical aspects of the solution are clear and addressed.
- Monitor client feedback post-sale and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions architect role in a consulting or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application to business problems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud technologies, enterprise software, or consulting services is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development processes is a bonus.
Nice to Have:
Certification in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or other relevant technologies.
Experience in a client-facing role with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
Familiarity with solution selling methodologies and sales enablement processes.
Previous experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
