This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Presales Associate - TN. The Presales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential students, understanding their requirements, and providing detailed information about the programs offered. The role involves guiding prospects through the enrollment process, addressing inquiries, handling follow-ups, and maintaining customer relations to ensure a seamless experience. The Associate will also collaborate with internal teams to meet enrollment targets and improve sales processes.

• Experience in communication, interpersonal skills, and client engagement
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Proficiency in managing inquiries and follow-ups with potential students
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or educational counseling is a plus
• Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred
• Basic computer and CRM software skills
