Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller located in Chennai. The Tele Caller will handle customer interactions, manage inbound and outbound calls, provide product information, and address customer inquiries in a professional manner. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer communications and feedback while consistently prioritizing exceptional customer service. Tele Callers will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Outreach: Manage inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce our latest collections and bespoke services.

Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations between customers and our expert tailors/stylists.

Product Knowledge: Clearly communicate the value of our fabrics, fits, and customization options.

CRM Management: Maintain an organized database of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.

Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset to ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent Communication: Fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi and tamil is essential to connect with our Karnataka-based customer's

Sales Savvy: Ability to engage customers persuasively and handle objections with grace.

Tech-Friendly: Proficiency in computer operations and experience with CRM software (or a willingness to learn quickly).

Professionalism: A proactive, disciplined, and customer-centric attitude.

Experience: Prior experience in tele-calling, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
